Terms of service

Your rental

Your quote or order confirmation shows the size, the price, the rental days and the weight included. Extra days or weight are billed at the posted rate.

Placement and access

You tell us where to place the dumpster and make sure the spot and the route are clear. You are responsible for any permit needed to place it on a public street. We place boards under the dumpster, but we are not responsible for damage to a surface that was not fit to carry the truck.

What you can load

Load level and stay below the rim. Hazardous materials, paint, batteries, tires and other items we tell you about are not allowed. We may refuse to haul, or charge to remove, a load that breaks these rules or is over the legal weight.

Payment

Payment is due as shown on your quote or invoice. Where we hold a card on file, we charge it only as you agreed when you booked.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us as early as you can to reschedule or cancel. Fees may apply if a delivery cannot be completed because of access or a blocked site.
